Samsung stuffs a phone in new Galaxy Note 8.0 tablet It operates Android 4.1, features a 1.6 GHz quad-core super-fast processor, and 2GB of RAM. When it comes to display, it features an 8 inches 1280 x 800 screen. You can use the S-Pen stylus by Apple on the touch screen. The good news is that it has an earpiece as well, which allows you to make calls.

The device is thin and the stylus is comfortable to use. It has a new feature allowing you to activate apps’ preview panes like Flipboard and email. You do not need to touch the screen anymore.

With its IR remote, you can enter codes from the bulk of TV sets out there. This means you can now control your television using your tablet.

It features a dual-window mode, allowing you to operate more than one apps at a time, without reducing performance. However, it works with a few optimized apps for the time being. These apps include Chrome, YouTube, Gmail, a notepad like app, and a calendar app just to name a few.

The device will be out in the next couple of months. So far, we have no information about the price of the device. From the Galaxy Note 8.0, we can make a guess about the price of the upcoming device. Hope it will be priced at $330. We cannot say anything for sure until the device is out.
